Bring any previous fertility reports, scans, semen analysis, treatment records and a list of medicines. Write down the questions you want to ask. Both partners are welcome to attend; please ask the team about any specific documents needed.
Costs depend on your assessment and recommended plan. Ask for an itemised estimate that explains medicines, investigations, procedures, freezing or storage, and any optional tests. Our team can discuss the relevant charges before you decide.
Yes. You can discuss your concerns in a confidential consultation. Tell the team your preferred contact method and who you consent to involve in your care. For online enquiries, share only the details needed to arrange your visit.
Contact the team before making travel arrangements. Explain where you are travelling from and what care you are seeking. Ask about appointment availability, required reports and likely visits; treatment timing is individual and may change.
No fertility treatment can guarantee a pregnancy or live birth. Your chances depend on several factors, including age, diagnosis and treatment history. Your clinician can explain realistic expectations for your own circumstances.
